Is it lace or glitter?It's BOTH!!This is a great and easy technique! Here is a close up of the flower! The flower is stamped on black card stock, then lightly colored in using watercolor pencils. WOW, I didn't think I would be able to do this. However, I really wanted to get my blog going so once I move back to SC my new demonstrators and friends can see what we are up too.
