This picture frame I made for my mother's birthday. Which means I actually have to trust in the mail carriers to get it there safely. This is the first frame of this type that I have done and I LOVED IT and will be doing MANY MORE!The first thing you have to do is go buy your frame. Then trace a very light line around your matting onto your cardstock. Then it is CREATE from there. This stamp set is unfortunetly retired, however, there are some brand NEW Stampin'Up! sets that are going to be just as beautiful. The flowers on the frame are stamped in VersaMark and then embossed with silver embossing powder.
